Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.

We recommend choosing a shade that is one to two tones lighter than your hair for a natural look, or matching your hair color exactly for a bolder, defined finish.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
